The CRS value proposition, delivered via multiple channels including- online, batch, API, as well as analytic tools- spans multiple use cases and markets, including First and Third Party Collections, Insurance, Public Sector and Financial Institutions, among othersDynamics of the Role:You will help evolve fundamental capabilities to create a market-leading STL platform that will enable implementation of growth solutions You will define the framework, based on the market's current and future needs, to fill in any platform capability gaps needed for success You will develop and appraise new platform ideas to determine their potential to address customer needs and to achieve high revenue growth You will also manage strategic relationships with key industry partners that enable Credit Risk Solutions to fulfill its mission.

This role will contribute to all phases of the development life cycle, from inception through introduction into the marketplace, working closely with FactorTrust focused colleagues, Product Development, Operations, cross-functional support, and other go-to-market teamsOverall Responsibility:

• Owns and drives execution of LendProtect platform roadmap develops business cases and rationale for enhancements
• Definition and monitoring processes for all platform KPIs
• Customer boarding, set-up and management processes
• Data furnishing processes, quality monitoring and processes for remediation and continuous improvement
• The FactorTrust credit and attributes databases, including all dependent operational processes
• Scoring framework/attributes
• ApproveData (Batch platform) and associated operational processes and monitoring to drive the continuous improvement
• Subject Selection and all related processes including file merge and split processes
• Helps to capture VOC and applies design thinking principles to understand their problems and needs works with product development teams and Global Technology writing comprehensive platform epics and defines solution intent and high-level capabilities
• Participates in Agile development ceremonies, drives PI Objectives and Release content via prioritized Features and Enablers
• Works closely with the product manager to monitor and analyze platform KPIs, customer feedback, and the competitive landscape to identify gaps, weaknesses and opportunities in any part of product delivery
• Manages overall platform health including the backlog, ongoing platform support and platform sunset strategies
• Contributes to the overall revenue performance

  • Gather intelligence on business and industry trends, regulatory changes and hurdles, disruptive innovations, and competitive offerings to validate and refine our platform roadmap

  • Identify technical partnership needs and vendors to deliver integrated point solutions
  • Build platform development roadmaps in partnership with Solutions, Global Technology, Global Delivery and Lines Of Business stakeholders
  • Contribute to 3YP strategic planning initiative for STL solutions

• Execution
  • Execution of platform development roadmap
  • Collaborate closely with Solutions, Global Technology, Global Delivery and Lines Of Business stakeholders
  • Design and develop test-and-learn pilot campaigns with other support functions and business partners to validate key hypotheses
  • Manage relationships with key internal stakeholders, external partners and vendors

What You Will Bring:

• 8-12+ years of progressively more responsible experience in product management
• Strong product management discipline with demonstrated success leading cross-functional product teams
• Strong collaborator with a problem-solving, design-thinking, customer-centric mindset highly curious
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (eg.
  
  , SAFe)
• Experience developing product roadmaps for data and/or technical solutions in a B2B environment
• Exudes accountability and ownership and is passionate about the fundamental customer/consumer problem
• Solid organizational, project management, problem solving and decision-making skills with a high degree of comfort managing multiple assignments
• Driven by intellectual curiosity and independent thinking with a positive 'can do' attitude
• Experience working within matrixed organizations
• Very strong written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree
