This support includes: - key meeting facilitation - identifying & communicating potential project health concerns - monitoring of projects for escalation, launch performance and financial approval compliance - provide pragmatic advice to teams on subjects such as lifecycle planning, risk management, change management, communication and reporting in line with VBOS, VPDS & Vistway processes Provide training support to the PD community, as well as to the wider Visteon functional teams Lead the ongoing continuous improvement activities for the tools, processes and procedures that are used, and followed, by the Product Delivery Teams Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and/or Engineering .
