Job Description Pre-sales Solutions Consultants are responsible for articulating Company's value proposition,architecting technology solutions and offering thought leadership to both business and technicalaudiences This role is ideal for someone with mid-market and enterprise software pre-sales experience,excellent technical and problem-solving skills and comfortable with handling multiple businessopportunities at once As a Pre-sales Solutions Consultant at Company, you will work with the enterprises in India witha varied technical landscape and therefore requires taking up i) consultative approach and ii)thinking of how to provide an overall technical solution to the prospect as against just explainingthe product featuresResponsibilities Work hand in hand with the sales teams to convert prospects to customers and be the prospects trusted technical expert throughout the sales cycle Assist the sales team with proposal documents and RFx Identify key problem areas in the prospect's current technical ecosystem, gather and document requirements by participating in a discovery call with prospects Prepare and deliver bespoke technical product demonstrations at client meetings,webinars, and customers events using storylines that resonate with the target audience Scope out, build, and present Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to convince the prospect of the solution fit Act as a liaison between sales, product, engineering, and support teams to ensure delivery of solution as per prospect's expectations Collaborate with internal organizations including sales, marketing, product management, and customer success to execute sales strategy UK timings to be followedMinimum (essential) Requirements 3-7 years of relevant solution engineer/pre-sales/consulting or equivalent experience in acustomer-facing role preferably in SaaS or software product environments Strong sales acumen with excellent communicational and listening skills, high-levelBid writing experience is must (mini 3years)
