Key responsibilities include: 1 Manage the end-to-end deal pursuits for digital solution capabilities identify opportunity, pitch the right digital solution, solution building, business case creation, etc 2 Engage with client stakeholders in requirement gathering sessions / workshops to understand client digital transformation needs, consult/provide customized solutions, develop business case 3 Working with Sales to drive the pre-sales phase by introducing UNFYD digital products and provide product demonstrations functionality, system architecture, etc.
by interfacing with prospective and current customers, and in close collaboration with UNFYD product managers 4 Having a detailed knowledge of the functionality and technology of the UNFYD digital products 5 Work on key opportunity areas in conjunction with Sales and Product SME's across geographies to develop digital transformation initiatives and plan aligned to strategy and business outcomes 6 Responsible for making tailor made presentations and proposals for clients 7.
Engaging with 3rd party technology partners where appropriate for digital solution development, technical discussions and demonstrations 8 Responsible for liaising between internal stakeholder such as product management, sales, service delivery teams to build an end-to end solution for the customer, and finalizing SOW 9 Collaborate with product management team for market feedback and prioritizing market needs to our product roadmap 10 Ensure that the RFPs/RFIs response clearly articulated, in the best possible manner, UNFYD's value proposition and credentials to service to client's specific requirements 11.
Support product marketing and sales content and collateral Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Fair understanding of digital ecosystem within Digital Business transformation / Automation and experience in solutioning digital technologies and tools, automation, analytics etc Well versed with process diagnostics, blueprinting activities etc and savvy with PowerPoint and Excel Exposure to commercial models understanding relevant to CRM, Chatbots, Ticketing solutions (eg, cost break down sheets, business case analysis, TCO analysis, etc.
) Proven client management skills and ability to handle high pressure situations and multi-task Co-ordination and project management skills with an analytical mindset - ability to understand customer requirements in a service industry and provide appropriate solution A strong team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills (both internally and with client stakeholders) Excellent problem-solving ability
