• Drive technical solutioning, architecture solutioning end-to-end management of business-impacting initiatives
• Build solutions on Architecture principles - 12 factor app or equivalent, HADR, Failure Mode Event Analysis
• Drive and lead technical conversations, including architecture review, code review, and the SDLC process
• Lead distributed technology teams through programs and projects to create, enhance and maintain applications
• Strong focus on engineering rigor to build robust application with focus in Devops, Quality, Security, Performance, Scalability.
  
  
• Design and develop highly available, low latency, cloud-native applications
• Participate in full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) of our Analytic applications - conceptualize, design, develop, test and deploy
• Prototyping new features and integrations aligned to business strategy by introducing innovation through technology
• Articulate and present different points-of-views on various technologies relevant in the context of application landscape
• Be part of Program Increments Planning to engage with product and business leaders to understand business needs and translate these needs into executable solutions
• Establish strong collaborative relationships with key internal Clients, CoEs and other stakeholders.
  
  
• Continuously drive process improvements, manage, coach, and foster the development of our technical talent
• Exhibit strong Interpersonal Skills , work with multiple stakeholders' partners of different backgrounds and in a multicultural environment

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's in computer science or related field
• 10+ years experience in technology roles including experience in Software Engineering, delivery, E2E Architecture in enterprise applications
• 5+ years experience in leading distributed Teams - Building, Coaching
• Hands-on experience in Designing, Building Enterprise applications including Java, Springboot, MQ(ASB, Kafka, equivalent), Cache, CICD, Containerization, Azure Cloud and microservices, is a must.
  
  
• Angular, React, UI framework is desirable
• Advanced knowledge of data structures, algorithms and designing for performance, scalability and availability
• Led cross-functional, highly distributed teams through the execution of large-scale projects using Agile development
• Experience driving progress towards the model of CI/CD, TDD, Containerization, Container management and orchestration
• Hands-on experience in unit testing , code coverage toole - junit, Mockito, sonar or equivalent.
  
  
• Hands-on experience in instrumentation to tools like Graylog/DataDog/ELK/Splunk/equivalent
• Experience in Jenkins integration, jobs in Jenkins for build, deploy, test coverage scripts
• Experience in any DB
• Have a passion and energy for learning and improvement
• Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to effectively interface across cross-functional technology teams and the business.
