JD:Process Engineering: Covers jobs responsible for developing, improving and optimizing processes environments Develops process standards related to formulation and other metrics Troubleshoots issues and performs Root Cause Analysis, and resolve difficult process and engineering issuesIn this role, you will:Develop and lead redesign initiatives that encompass analyses and future state redesignsManage assigned complex initiatives involving multiple business process segments to identify risksComplete and lead integrated process analyses, identifying procedural and control deficiencies, opportunities, and recommending solutionsCapture and validate process inventory attribute details to ensure accuracy and completenessUpdate any existing processes requiring further documentation at an activity level to ensure complete risk and control coverageFacilitate Risk and Control service modeling sessions to validate and update the service model and associated process inventory databasePerform Risk Control Self-Assessment to ensure comprehensive risk and control identification against the business operating environmentConsult with team to understand, influence, adapt research, and create alternatives for consideration, drive results, and bring issues to resolutionMake decisions and resolve issues to meet business objectivesInterpret policies, procedures, and compliance requirementsCollaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goalsInteract with internal customersReceive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirementsRequired Qualifications:8 to 13 years of Process Documentation / Process Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationRequired Qualifications, International:Experience in Process Engineering, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationQualifications:Six Sigma Black Belt CertifiedBanking Domain Experience (Good to have)
