You will be an enabler to constantly improve our E2E Processes, working with best-in-class technologies and visualization toolsAbout Growing with usAbout the role:This position is responsible for the tool administration as well as for Project execution and support of data extraction, Process -Modelling and -enhancements across SanofiProcess Mining initiativesThe following key activities will be performed by this role:

• Development of process mining models from various business processes, and ERP systems
• Implement new business process areas by developing appropriate process models
• Working together with customer representatives in agile process mining projects
• Identify the data sources, define and implement data extraction criteria and accomplish data loads to process mining solution
• Document all design, configuration and how-to guides
• Drive the identification of automation opportunities
• Grow process mining capability by identifying opportunities in new business areas, work in preparing proposals, proof of concepts and demos
• Technological watch on advanced capabilities in process mining
• Promote process mining across the organization
• Define platform roadmap and architecture
• Continuous improvement

About you

• Systems:
  • Process Analytics:
    • Analytical experience in Process Mining / Task Mining tools (Celonis, QPR, et.
      
      c)
    • Knowledge of SQL / API/Webservice integration
    • Business process modelling notations (BPMN, EPC, BPEL)
• Business Systems:
  • Knowledge of transactional / back office-systems or reporting systems (SAP, Workday, eBuy/ Coupa, )
• Overall Technology savviness
  • Openness to new tools
• Processes:
  • Process assessment, modeling, and harmonization tools and techniques (eg Lean)
  • Strong analytical skills
• Project management:
  • Knowledge of applicable Project methodologies (PM Methodology, Agile / Scrum) preferable
  • Strong delivery orientation - converting strategy and high-level plans into action to realize sustainable business value
  • Transversal mindset and ability to work across processes, geographies, languages, cultures and business maturity levels

Background and Experience

• Minimum graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Business
• 10+ years of IT experience especially in business process configuration and setup
• Experience in working in enterprise business solutions (SAP, Workday, Coupa, Oracle, etc)
• Expertise with different database systems (eg.
  
  SQL, SnowFlake)
• Experience with one or more Process Mining tools (eg Celonis, QPR, Aries, etc)
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
• Ability to collaborate successfully in cross functional and cross-regional teams
• Good capabilities on coaching, training and on transversal project coordination
• Excellent communication and organizational skills in a matrix organization
• Experience working with SAP, Workday, ServiceNow
• Experience working with robotic process automation technologies (e g Automation Anywhere or other RPA solutions) Master Data Management (MDM) solutions
• Desire to learn new technologies through self-study and training.
  
  
• Experience of working in a Global Business Services environment
