Procurement Sr Associate Job In Nga Human Resources An Alight Company In Hyderabad / Secunderabad, Telangana, India

• Facilitating contract change activities (including change requests, amendments, orders, renewals, termination notices)
• Maintaining accurate status, documentation, and metadata for each allocated contract in the contract management system
• Having knowledge of Terms and Conditions of Purchase and apply these T&C\u2019s
• Proactively manage renewals expiring in 60-90 days
• Adhere to the Procurement policy concerning the bid processes
• Request quotes for renewals from distributors and vendors
• Send quotes to internal customers by established deadlines
• Analyse and solve moderately complex problems
• Develop, implement, and maintain custom reports, dashboard, and calculated fields to meet the business requirement
• Apply strong business skills and methodologies to interpret data, business processes and deliver solutions to clients.
  
  
• May create new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures
• The person would require understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals

• Bachelor\u2019s degree related to supply chain management or IT is preferred
• Track record: minimum 5 years of experience in Sourcing & Procurement
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) any other language is a plus
• Strong analytical skills and ability to manage demanding stakeholders
• Ability to multitask and proactively identify and solve issues
• Strategic thinking, competence in analysing and managing complex business situations
• Strong team building & networking capability and experience in decision making
