Own the end-to-end product strategy for Life insurance products Understand customer requirements, market gaps / need gaps and drive releases Responsible for innovative feature conceptualization, designing wireframes, documenting BRDs to enhance project/products usability Develop a deep understanding of the customer and their unmet needs, identify pain points, develop and test hypotheses, map user journeys and be the voice of the customer for your product offering Evaluate potential opportunities, help prioritize and collaborate on the product roadmap, launch new features and track user feedback to achieve an excellent customer experience Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI Gather and manage product feedback through surveys, concept testing, analytics tools, and A/B testing Analyse market data to develop sales strategies, and define product objectives for effective marketing communications Works closely with engineering, sales, marketing, content, and support to ensure business case and customer satisfaction goals are met Implement usage tracking and analyse patterns to validate new feature requirement Conduct benchmark study and bring in new ideas or opportunities to automate, process efficiency & ease of adoption Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates across primary market segments
