The CRS value proposition, delivered via multiple channels including- online, batch, API, as well as analytic tools- spans multiple use cases and markets, including First and Third Party Collections, Insurance, Public Sector and Financial Institutions, among othersDynamics of the Role:You will help evolve fundamental capabilities to create a market-leading STL products that will enable implementation of growth solutions and STL product revenue growth You will define the STL product roadmap, based on the market's current and future needs, to fill in any capability and competitive gaps needed for success You will develop and appraise new product ideas to determine their potential to address customer needs and to achieve high revenue growth You will also manage strategic relationships with key industry partners that enable Credit Risk Solutions to fulfill its mission.

This role will contribute to all phases of the product development life cycle, from inception through introduction into the marketplace, working closely with FactorTrust focused colleagues, Product Development, Operations, cross-functional support, and other go-to-market teamsOverall Responsibility:

• Legacy attributes and scores, ACAv1 and ACAv2 attributes, V11 and V12 scores, their efficacy and revenue plans
• Fraud products (ID Logic, Contact Logic, Bank Account Intelligence, Lead Intelligence, etc)
• Consumer disclosure, dispute, freeze, etc
• Go to market activities for all STL products
• Works closely with the platform manager to monitor and analyze platform KPIs, customer feedback, and the competitive landscape to identify gaps, weaknesses and opportunities in any part of product delivery
• Sunsetting obsolete products
• Helps to capture VOC and applies design thinking principles to understand their problems and needs works with product development teams and Global Technology writing comprehensive platform epics and defines solution intent and high-level capabilities
• Participates in Agile development ceremonies, drives PI Objectives and Release content via prioritized Features and Enablers
• Manages overall STL product health including the backlog, ongoing platform support and platform sunset strategies
• Contributes to the overall revenue performance

  • Gather intelligence on business and STL industry trends, regulatory changes and hurdles, disruptive innovations, and competitive offerings to validate and refine our product development roadmap.

• Planning
  • Identify technical partnership needs and vendors to deliver integrated point solutions
  • Build product development roadmaps in partnership with Solutions, Global Technology, Global Delivery and Lines Of Business stakeholders
  • Contribute to 3YP strategic planning initiative for STL solutions

• Execution
  • Drive execution of product development roadmap
  • Collaborate closely with Solutions, Global Technology, Global Delivery and Lines Of Business stakeholders
  • Design and develop test-and-learn pilot campaigns with other support functions and business partners to validate key hypotheses
  • Manage relationships with key internal stakeholders, external partners and vendors

What You Will Bring:

• 8-12 years of progressively more responsible experience in product management or enterprise program management
• Strong product management discipline with demonstrated success leading cross-functional product teams
• Strong collaborator with a problem-solving, design-thinking, customer-centric mindset highly curious
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (eg, SAFe)
• Experience developing product roadmaps for data and/or technical solutions in a B2B environment
• Exudes accountability and ownership and is passionate about the fundamental customer/consumer problem
• Solid organizational, project management, problem solving and decision-making skills with a high degree of comfort managing multiple assignments
• Driven by intellectual curiosity and independent thinking with a positive 'can do' attitude
• Experience working within matrixed organizations
• Very strong written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree
