Job Requirements We are looking for a curious and motivated Product Manager to join our team Product Managers will be working in a high energy, crazy-fun, and agile team environment It's fast-paced, and you will have personal accountability to move your product forward We're proud to offer employees a flexible work structure and value responsibility to own things through to completionPhenom Product Managers will use industry and product research to analyze trends inside and outside the recruiting space to drive new product development.

You will be responsible for authoring epic level feature requirements as well as shepherding the story writing process with UI/UX to convey how end users may be expected to use our products and platform You will be working closely with the product engineering team and executive team to drive the future growth of the platform and company Product Managers work closely with sales, customer success and implementation teams to gather customer/prospect feedback You will be organizing and conducting product interviews with customers, recruiters, hiring managers, talent acquisition executives, industry thought leaders and more to help identify the areas our platform will best serve their needs Product managers also propose new features and products that fill market gaps and help us grow.

Work Experience

• Experience interfacing with customers or development teams
• Experience with JIRA or equivalent product development management tools
• Storytelling and vision setting skills
• Proficiency with Agile/Scrum/Kanban development methodologies
• Knowledge of the recruiting/talent acquisition industry
• Experience working with international teams
• Experience at a startup/fast paced environment
• Experience building integration frameworks for enterprise platforms
• Experience consuming and developing solutions that are highly interactive with internal/external APIs and web services
• Demonstrated proficiency in managing developer-focused / API-centric products
• 5-7 years of SaaS product management experience
• Experience building iPaaS products
• Experience building solutions that sync data between enterprise HR systems
