- Drive and manage requirements for work items for one or more SCRUM teams by defining the backlog and define priority by working with Portfolio Managers and Architects.
- Coordinate with Global Team, primarily with Product/Portfolio Management teams and specify requirements and intended feature behavior
- Create, refine and manage Team Backlogs to autonomously achieve and maintain targeted business objectives
- Present product concepts, roadmap, and delivery timeline to management and scrum teams
- Work with Release management team to develop and implement release plans working with their teams to ensure value delivery
- Take product enhancements and new product launches from start to finish thinking through each detail and delivering solid results, collaborating with all stakeholders in particular to the Product Management team
- Support project management in effort estimation and risk management activities
You are a part ofServiceability R&D focuses on serviceability engineering and provides SW solutions in the space of Serviceabilityu00A0 Platform, Analytics Solutions Platformu00A0 and Remote optimizationWe develop software to install, diagnose, serviceu00A0 and monitor medical devices.
We also offer tools and methods for the creation and sharing of device diagnostic knowledge using latest technologiesWe work with BIU R&D groups,u00A0 Service Innovation groups, Philips Research,u00A0 Field and Remote Service Engineers & Specialists to develop the right tools, applications and mechanisms for serviceabilityTo succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
- Overall 10+ years of work experience and exposure to software products in the healthcare domain
- Has exposure and understanding of AWS and platform architecture
- Prior experience in development of Web based and Analytics projects is a plus
- Strong Investigation, Analytical and Problem Solving skills
- Exposure to Agile Development is a must.
Knowledge on SAFe is an added advantage - Ability to work with multisite teams, is quality conscious and process oriented
- Has excellent communication skills and proven ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders
- Is detail oriented and has multitasking ability to support atleast 2 products in parallel
- Self-starter and quick learner with ability to work in a global team setting under minimal supervision
- Displays an innovative mind set
- Should be a good team player.
