Job Description:

• Assist Fortune 500 clients with daily application use
• Analyze data to support import/export operations of clients
• Apply technology to meet clients supply chain needs
• Implement, configure and test solutions for global trade management
• Communicate with clients to provide excellent customer service at all times
• Work as part of international team of software analysts

Job Requirements:

• Fresher (0 - 1 year of experience) with SQL knowledge
• Role involves working in rotational shifts (including night shifts) - candidate must be comfortable with shits
• Superior analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills
• Exceptional attitude towards customer service
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Familiarity with Internet-based applications
• Limited travel to client sites to assist with implementations and training
• Capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
• Awareness of programming concepts and database usage
• Demonstrate exceptional prioritization skills and the ability to make well thought out logical decisions
• In good standing at local university
