• Review and assess the existing production procedures to ensure that it meets company standards for quality and accuracy
• Formulate & implement testing parameters for product testing to comply with industry quality standards
• Identify, estimate and correct deviations and defects in the quality system process
• Write assessment to record the number of incidents and where problem areas were identified including recommendations to improve processes to avoid further defects.
  
  
• Coaching employees on quality standards and procedures
• Developing and implementing daily or weekly quality control audit plans
• Keep a track on current industrial quality standards and implement the same within the organization
• Conduct research on potential risks or issues that could impact the company in the future
• Conduct training sessions with the engineering team on product quality control methods.
  
  
• Enhance product quality so as to achieve better performance for customers

• Education: Master's/Bachelor' degree in CSE/ EEE/ECE
• Experience: 1-2 years of experience as a quality auditor in the IT-Hardware industry
• Age: Minimum 18 Years to Maximum 35 Years.
  
  
• Solid understanding of basic IT Hardware production process
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Working knowledge of OEM
• Should Understand Quality Metrics and be able to perform audits.
