Responsibilities: Analyzing the bottlenecks and inefficiencies in the current technology areas and development cycles Reviewing the technical solutions created by different teams and improving on those Conducting research on upcoming technologies and processes to identify opportunities for improvement Collaborating with other teams and departments to improve the productivity by helping other developers do the same things faster and more efficient Create exciting dashboards to showcase the improvement areas and their impact Providing training and support to employees on new tools and strategies Developing tools to automate the development, testing and deployment tasks Continuously enhance your own tech skills to stay ahead of the curve and use modern AI and ML based algorithms where neededJob Requirement Programming: A strong background in programming is important for developing automation scripts, building custom tools, and creating robust platforms Proficiency in languages like Python, Java,J2EE,Full Stack Developer or Nodejs could be valuable.

DevOps: Good understanding of DevOps models, build tools, CI/CD process and toolchain is essential Experience with Containers and Kubernetes will be helpful Data analysis: The ability to analyze data is essential for identifying bottlenecks and creating efficiency Experience in data manipulation and analysis with SQL, Excel, or any other databases could be helpful Cloud computing: Understanding of cloud computing platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP could be valuable for deploying and managing the toolset.
