Name of the Post: Professor-cum-Principal
No of Post: 01
Salary: Pay Level- 13 (Rs1,23,100-2,15,900/-) of the Pay Matrix (Pay Band-4 with Grade Pay Rs 8700] in pre-revised scale of pay)
Qualification:
(i) holding analogous post on regular basis in the Parent Cadre/ Department; or
(ii) with five years' service rendered after appointnent thereto on regular basis in Level-12 in the pay matrix or equivalent in the parent cadre or department And
Possessing the following educational qualifications and experience:
(i) Masters Degree in Nursing from a recognized University;
(ii) Registered as a Nurse and Midwife with State Nursing Council; And
Experience:
(iii) Fifteen years experience with MSc (Nursing) out of which twelve years should be teaching experience with Minimum of five years in Collegiate Programme;
(iv) Three years experience in administration in Nursing in State or Union Territories or Central Government.
Desirable: MPhil/PhD in Nursing
Age Limit: The maximum age limit for appointment by deputation (including short term contract) shall be not exceeding fifty-four years, as on the closing date of receipt of application
