- Defining the project charter as well as the objectives/decision criteria and the scope of the strategic project for approval by the IGTS Management Team (MT) This in order to clearly communicate the assignment to all project partners
- Defining skills & competencies of the resources needed to execute the integral project in co-operation with resource managers u2013 making sure that appropriate people are allocated
- Building the project plan, defining task dependencies, allocate resources to tasks as well as defining the project organization and -communication so that roles and responsibilities can be assigned clearly within the project
- Performing risk management u2013 by setting up and maintaining a project risk matrix in order to manage an acceptable level of risk by balancing scope, time, costs and quality
- Reporting the project status on a regular basis in order to identify conflicts in the project portfolio and to enable effective decision-making by the PMT
- To set up and maintain strong and open relationships with the Management team throughout IGT systems, other internal stakeholders as well as internal and external suppliers - in order to maintain management focus and to assure continuous support for the project
- Setting up and maintaining a history file as part of the project history file, in order to support product maintenance, to be protected against liabilities and to follow external regulations
- Building a successful project team through effective people management and coaching - in order to create a motivated team committed to the project assignment
You are a part ofYou will be part of the IGTS PMO group which is tasked to successfully bring new product innovations to market This includes product validation, regulatory approvals, commercial launch, production ramp up and service introduction.
The team consists of around 20 people (Assistant Project Managers, Integral Projects Managers, Project Management Process Specialists) As Integral Project Manager you will be leading the project Core Team at an integral level whereas the Assistant Project Manager is supporting the full Core Team The IGTS PMO team is led by the PMO leader who reports into the IGTS general managerTo succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
- Bachelor or Master degree in a technical field
- 14 + years of overall experience with Minimum of 5 years relevant working experience in product development of stand alone electrical products and experience in global market introductions.
- Understanding of the medical or electrical device regulations, with proven experience in leading projects to create/ensure required content of documentation intended for regulatory submission
- Conceptual understanding of SAFe and waterfall project management methodologies
- Quality mindset: sound knowledge of project management documentation practices and ability to drive process improvements
- Dynamic and enthusiastic team player who can drive actions, eager, ambitious and self-propelling
- Delivers reliable and accurately on assigned tasks and ability to chase project team members on their commitment by giving constructive feedback and guidance
- Be able to provide solutions in a challenging & complex environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, fluent in English
