17 Roles and Responsibilities: The Programme Associate will be part of the dynamic Standards Team and get the opportunity to drive the creation of foundational urban sector standards under the first flagship program- Citizen Centric Smart Governance (CCSG).
The standards would need to be developed in a collaborative and consensus-driven approach, in synchronisation with the NUIS guiding principles of ecosystem-driven approach, interoperability, minimalism, unbundling, evolvable, federated architecture, and extensibility This will expedite the creation of new, localised and contextually appropriate local solutions as per the needs of ULBs and States
18 The Programme Associate - Standards will assist the Senior Programme Associate and Manager - Standards and will be responsible for following tasks: Responsible for supporting the Senior Programme Associate and Manager- Standards team with all program management activities They will provide support to ensure that deliverables meet the program’s requirements in a timely and effective manner.
19 General works including preparation and review of content and consultation materials for the DWGs and ULBs and maintaining repositories for the same Supports meetings, workshops and other engagements related to standard creation and maintain progress reports, activity schedules, action plans, minutes of meeting, follow up on action items and take any other action as needed
20 Monitors DWG deliverable progress and timely report questions, concerns or risks to the Senior Programme Associate and Manager - Standards.
Conduct workshops for onboarding of states and ULBs for adoption of created standards Perform additional duties as assigned required to contribute to overall program growth
21 The Programme Associate will also support the National Programme Head, CDG for various administrative, coordination and development duties as needed
22 Scope of work: As part of the CCSG Program, CDG is constituting Working Groups for specific domains/ services/ modules for formulation of standards.
The Working Groups for each domain will be responsible for designing the draft standards (Knowledge and process standards and Technology Standards) The standards will be developed in a collaborative and consensus-driven approach, in synchronisation with the NUIS guiding principles of ecosystem-driven approach, interoperability, minimalism, unbundling, evolvable, federated architecture, and extensibility This will expedite the creation of a new, localised and contextually appropriate local solution as per the needs of ULBs and States
23 The proposed Domain Working Groups are synchronous with the initial set of e-governance services recommended as a part of the reference applications of the National Urban Governance Platform.
