The purpose of this role is to lead all regional integrations and divestments projects in line with the Tech playbooks This role will be accountable for ensuring integrations and divestments are completed securely Enterprise technology is deployed for integrations and enterprise technology is removed for divestments Integration and divestments are all validated in line with the documented controls The successful candidate will work in region, partnering with a regional Technology Teams andRegional Security Teams, aligning to the Global Security standards and controls.

Highlights and proactively manages risks related to integration and divestmentsIdentifies risks from historic integrations and proactively manages remediation plansCollaborates with global tech, global security and the wider project teamOperates in line with the integration and divestment playbooksLooks for opportunities to simplify processes whilst maintaining compliance.

Team player who likes to be empowered to deliverClear reporting of all integrations and divestments into the Global Security MA&DEnsures, integrations and divestments are completed on time and validated against the agreed controlsCompletes all security integration and divestment artefacts for each projectProfessional skillsProject Management experience ideally with relevant qualification (Prince 2, Scrum or PMP).

Experience of delivering complex integrations or projects in a global organisationMA&D background desirable but not essential or transformationCollaboration skills, ability to work with all stakeholders of all levelsAppreciation of the challenges of working in a matrix organisationInsight of project delivery governance forums and providing input into the forums.

Understanding of risk management frameworks, and what could impact security integrationsSecurity certifications valued but not essential (eg, CISM, CISSP)Awareness of security tooling, processes and controls.
