11-12 years of Oracle ERP experience managing EBS/Fusion Cloud L1/L2/L3 support in managed services model Should be good with managing customer expectations and able to manage a team of 20+ FTE's Prior experience of EBS/Fusion Cloud technical or functional projects Having handled 2+ managed services support engagements, Done prior transition of at least one support engagement using proven methodology Should be adapt at handling quarterly cloud updates Prior experience with managing one implementation project in Fusion Cloud Prior experience of having managed Middle East enterprise(> 1 billion USD revenue/year) customers Good in Financials/Supply Chain process areas Ability to understand, contribute to pre-sales and solutions, good at estimations, able to get hands dirty in case required Proactive, demonstrated ability to mitigate risks, good in communication and good at ITIL processes**Interested Can Share resume At [HIDDEN TEXT]**
