JOB DESCRIPTION

Position/Designation : Purchase & Vendor Development Executive – Exhibition Stand & Kiosk Construction
Department : Production
Location : Mumbai
Reports to : Operation Manager – Exhibition Stand & Kiosk Construction

Job Purpose : To enhance vendor base and maintain good relationships with them for effective cost and quality supplies of materials and services

Key Result / Responsibility Areas :-
-Increasing the vendor base in adherence to protocols and completing alliance formalities according to company standards
-Meeting with existing vendors at regular intervals for fruitful maintenance of business relations.


-Managing negotiations skillfully with vendors for best pricing and quality
-Managing & Executing vendor disbursement effectively within the desired time frame in collaboration with accounts department
-Maintaining Vendor status charts of all the categories and also maintain healthy business relations
-Collaborating with production department for purchase and vendor development requirement
-Managing and ensuring vendor suppliers and services according to project timelines.


-Collaborating with vendors and help them in their development for providing better supplies and services to enhance cost & quality efficiency
-Negotiating with Vendors for Best Costing
-Purchase of Raw Materials, Equipments, Tools etc required for the Project

Educational Qualification : Graduate
Work Experience : 2-3 Years

-Good Knowledge of Market as to achieve Best Costing
