• Seeking an astute individual that has a strong technical foundation with the additional ability to be hands-on with the broader engineering team as part of the development/deployment cycle, and deep knowledge of industry best practices, with the ability to implement them working with both the platform, and the product teams

Scope:

• Core responsibilities to include Architecting and designing (along with counterparts and distinguished Architects) a ground up Python based (we use Azure) SaaS product in Integration domain
• The team currently comprises of 60+ global associates across US, India (COE) and UK and is expected to grow rapidly The incumbent will need to have leadership qualities to also mentor junior and mid-level software associates in our team

Our current technical environment:

• Software: Python, Java, GIT, Hibernate, Rest API, OAuth

Application Architecture: Scalable, Resilient, event driven, secure multi-tenant Microservices architecture Cloud Architecture: MS Azure (ARM templates, AKS, HD insight, Application gateway, Virtue Networks, Event Hub, Azure AD).

Frameworks/Others: Kubernetes, Kafka, Elasticsearch, Spark, NOSQL, RDBMS, Gradle GIT, IgniteWhat you'll do: Design and write effective, scalable code Design and develop back-end components to improve responsiveness and overall performance Integrate user-facing elements into applications Test and debug programs.

Improve functionality of existing systems Implement security and data protection solutions Assess and prioritize feature requests Coordinate with external stakeholders and internal teams to understand user requirements and provide technical solutionsWhat we are looking for:

• Bachelor's degree (STEM preferred) and minimum 3 to 6 years of experience in Software development ideally a candidate that has started as a Software Engineer.
  
  
• Strong programming experience one popular Python framework (like Django, Flask or Pyramid) and Knowledge of object-relational mapping (ORM)
• Demonstrable experience designing, building deploying and maintenance of enterprise cloud solutions (we use Azure) in AWS, Azure and or GCP
• Demonstrable experience with microservices based architecture on Cloud at scale
• Experience with implementation of Event driven architecture using Kafka, Spark or similar technologies

  Demonstrable experience, thorough knowledge and interests in Cloud native architecture, Distributed micro-services, Multi-tenant SaaS solution and Cloud Scalability, performance and High availability
• Experience with DevOps, Infrastructure as Code and infrastructure automation
