QA & Testing Senior Analyst Position OverviewJob Title: 80818918 QA & Testing Senior AnalystLocation: Pune, IndiaRole Description - Summary:Deutsche Bank is actively renewing its software products and has started many strategic and challenging projects Next to some major technological changes, Deutsche Bank has decided to step into the agile software development methodology in order to improve its agility and reduce time to market without scarifying qualityThe QA & Testing Senior Analyst works with the test team to develop testing strategies and devise test plans in order to ensure that applications meet business requirements and maintain Deutsche Bank's high QA & Testing quality standards The QA & Testing Senior Analyst provides hands on participation and oversight of testing activities tasks and resources needed to ensure the testing process meets software requirements prior to release into a live environment The QA & Testing Senior Analyst may specialize in a specific area of the testing process such as business process testing, test automation, performance testing, testing process, test environments, test data provisioning etc and in relevant tools such as UFT, Quality Centre/ALM and Jira and Selenium .
The QA & Testing Senior Analyst may, depending on their area of expertise: drive the 'hands on' execution of the test strategy and plan, including the test preparation, execution, and analysis and reporting activities provide product/business expertise to drive and support the testing approach develop and implement technical solutions for the testing process, like test automation, performance testing or test data provisioning.

Your key responsibilities Key Responsibilities / Tasks:
- Write test cases based on user story acceptance criteria and business outcomes of meetings
- Conduct testing activities, analyze and record test results,
- Verify corrections and collaborate with other team members to ensure defects are resolved
- Support usage of Test management (MF ALM) and Test execution tools
- Design, develop and maintain automation scripts and frameworks
- Report progress/update Agile team management tools (JIRA/Confluence)
- Govern quality through the SDLC lifecycle and create Test Automation Strategy & Roadmap for team
- Design, develop and maintain automation scripts
- Attend Squad ceremonies
- Quality reviews of deliverables produced by the team members
Your skills and experience
- 10+ years of experience with 6+ years in test automation
- Hands on experience with Test Management/test planning activities, designing test cases, user story/script creation and execution
- Knowledge and experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, Acceptance Test Driven Development, Behavior Driven Development, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pair working, Automated Testing, Agile Games
- Knowledge of various test levels and test types: white/black box, system, performance, integration, regression testing
- High analytical and technical capabilities
- Hands on experience on test automation frameworks design and implementation of various tools
- Familiar with ALM test management tool
- Familiar with Agile Team management tools (JIRA, Confluence)
- Good Experience working on Selenium, UFT , SOAP-UI, Protractor and Jmeter
- Understand and promote Agile values: FROCC (Focus, Respect, Openness, Commitment, Courage)
- Excellent communications skills: ability to translate complex business processes and technical designs and concerns into easy to understand language
- Excellent test reporting skills
- Experience with distributed/multi-locations teams
- Comfortable working in multi-disciplinary, self-organized teams with functional stakeholders of various levels
- Able to control multiple assignments and to manage priorities
- Professional level of English
