DESCRIPTIONAs a Quality Analyst you would enjoy a fast-paced environment where you can obsess over customers, create and simplify Quality solutions, and help improve customer experience The role will work in the QNT team in Amazon Pay and will be responsible to manage the quality and efficiency for Video KYC process It is critical to audit contacts to meet RBI guidelines applicable for all PPI (Pre-Paid Instrument) license holders We are looking for an individual who is passionate and capable to pro-actively work with the support functions team in such a way that it improves the productivity, quality and efficiency of the tasks performed by our makers and checkers In this role, you are an excellent communicator and demonstrate an ability to earn trust with internal stakeholders.
Key job responsibilities Take a role in the quality function for Operations (OPS) working closely with Training and other stakeholders Evaluate customer contacts for compliance with policies and procedures Perform contact audits for quality metrics, create team level reports and share outlier analysis with Operations (Ops) team Perform analytical deep dives based on contact audits observation to develop interpretive insights conduct trending analysis to identify performance gaps, highlight strengths, and provide recommended corrective actions Work closely with Ops team to identify tool / language barriers which are impacting associate and customer experience Prepare coaching content for associates in case of new product / process launches and promotions.
Contribute to the development of reporting systems for all levels of the customer journeyA day in the lifeThe Quality Analyst (QA) will have qualitative auditing (mining) as a key responsibility These deep dives and the analysis thereof will provide the insight and understanding of the businesses key metrics drivers and will offer direction and recommendations to Operations teams around how to improve and preserve the highest standards of serviceAbout the teamAmazon Pay's vision is to simplify lives and fulfill aspirations by making payments trusted, convenient and rewarding Amazon Pay KYC team performs critical due diligence checks & reviews KYC documentation of customer as per the RBI guidelines.
This help the customers to use Amazon Pay to pay for virtually anything including shopping, bills, money transfers, scan & pay, ticketing, cabs, food delivery and moreBASIC QUALIFICATIONS Applicants must be bilingual with English as a must.
Detail-oriented, analytical, proactive approach to problem identification and solving Ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and generate innovative solutions in a fast-paced environment Demonstrates effective communication, composure, and professional attitude.
Experience in Excel or any other reporting tool A graduate with 2-3 yr of experience in quality/customer facing processes.
Strong communication skills, ability to speak in front of a group of people Possess good analytical skills - detail oriented.
Use of Microsoft Packages: Word, Excel, Power Point Ensure continuous improvement of learning methods Planning and Organizing Skills.
In 'Good Standing', and should not be on Performance Improvement PlanPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS 1+ years of experience in Quality or Analyst role .
Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt Trained or Certified Experience with SQL and Amazon internal reporting systems Above average written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of KYC process and related RBI regulations is a plus Demonstrate strong and effective communication and public speaking skills, as well as composure under pressure and professional attitude
