Actively participate in plant inspections and audits Customer complaint handling 1 ) Supervises that all QC and process monitoring instruments are up to date and calibrated 2 ) Handling of shelf life , trade samples and special analysis 3 ) Support Laboratory Management in the implementation , maintenance , and improvement of the Quality Assurance System 4 ) Ensure availability of required sources .

5 ) Budget review and timely action in case of violation 6 ) In time reporting of compiled reports to higher authority for updating the status Sharing reports and improvement areas and updating current status 7 ) Liasoning with external bodies for product testing and calibrations 8 ) 5s implementation with department and through our work stations .

Quality Assurance 1 ) Supervises the production of consistent quality products through the development and enforcement of excellent manufacturing practices , and procedures 2 ) Monitors the production environment to identify areas where quality or safety procedures can be implemented or improved 3 ) Provide suggestions regarding process improvements and increasing the customer satisfaction levels 4 ) Collection of finished product samples for further analysis .

5 ) Compress the Quality defects by implementing SOP's strictly 6 ) Minimizing tolerance limits of product specifications by coordinating with other departments 7 ) Developing New Policies and SOP's to minimize defects 2.

Responsibility Product and process control and improvement Implementation of Good manufacturing practice guidelines in processing and related area 1 CAPA monitoring and implementation .

2 Conduct CFA / Depot audit as per plan , report findings and take follow ups with related department till rectification 4 Reanalysis of previous Complaints to reduce the possible errors 5 Mock drills on quarterly basis to reduce traceability time and thus enhancing resolution time .

Authority & Responsibility Authority Hold production in case of suspicion of any deviation or abnormality in product 1 Root Cause analysis assessment with QCA Team 2 Proper Documentation maintained for briefing the Consumer complaint .

3 Maintaining OPL ( One Point Lesson ) and Kaizen for Systematic and effective approach for decreasing Quality related Complaints Annual review of HACCP Plan for Finished goods Ensure validation and verification activity should be done as per plan Smooth operation of laboratory .

Trainings Manage QCA Department budget Review investigation of consumer complaints and collaborate with other departments in identifying cause and reducing complaints
