* Maintain company quality standards * Review products, processes & system on an ongoing basis to determine where improvements can be made To monitor plant cleaning & sanitation of the factory * Laboratory Analysis & Water testing according to BIS IS 14543 Quality Audits, HACCP, TBS, TFDA, PCB, W guidelines implementation, Documentation.
Market samples analysis, GV Retention analysis R of new beverage formulation, Sensory evolution Husky performs, blown bottles, caps online quality monitoring Good Co-ordination with chemists, syrup process Team, WTP Technicians, ETP operators CSD Beverage Mixers trouble shooting.
ETP monitoring and testingConducting technical & statistical analysis to improve process efficiency, product quality and packaging methodologies Monitoring CP's and CCP's according to HACCP plan with their schedule verification responsible for maintaining documentation for HACCP Managing House Keeping Supervisor to maintain hygiene on shop floor Arranging training programmes on Food Safety, Personal Safety, Hygiene and GMP.
Facilitating as Member of Auditing Team; conducting internal audits for meeting requirements of HACCP To monitor good manufacturing practices (GMP) * To ensure hygiene environment, GMP, GHK to Company Standards Inspection of raw materials as HDPE Cap, Corrugated boxes, Shrink, Bopp, Labels , PET Preform, Sugar, CO2 etcProvides effective communication regarding issues, objectives, initiatives and performance to plan.
Manages the planning and execution of product testing efforts, including all associated resources to meet committed delivery dates Responsible and accountable of flagging the timing of interdepartmental deliverables and the quality of their output Takes part in the Quality Management System Audits Conducts Supplier audits from time to time Conducts CCP verification on weekly basis Coordinate with Territory In charge for farm cleaning issues & food safety issues.
