What's the roleMAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support & Lead with the execution of internal and external quality system and process audits related to the ISO 9001, other quality standards & Environment and Health & safety management standard like ISO 14001 & ISO 45001, to maintain and expand Quality Management System, including new office certifications
• Support in creation of detailed plans for internal audits, external audits (Registrar and Customer), including site certifications, and all affected departments and functions
• Report quality performance and findings to leaders across the company
• Follow-up on status of audit findings with owners to ensure timely completion for required metrics
• Support process creation, in alignment with the HERE QMS model and Quality Policy
• Train HERE Quality Management colleagues and stakeholders across the company on ISO 9001, other quality standards and their implementation in HERE.
  
  
• Support for conducting Supplier audits
• This role involves cross-functional and international interactions

Who are you

• Bachelor's degree (Software/Computer Sciences, Engineering, or Management) and work experience of 2+ years in a quality management and assurance role
• 3-4 years of experience in working with and/or setting up Quality Management Systems according to ISO 9001 standard
• Trained and certified as Lead Auditor for ISO 9001:2015
• GIS tools experience a plus
• Experience with software development methods (e.
  
  g Agile) and software continuous improvement frameworks (eg CMMI, A-SPICE)
• Knowledge of other company quality systems and other quality standards (eg.
  
  ISO 14001, ISO 45001, IATF 16949, ISO 27001, ISO 26262, etc)
• Trained and certified in ISO 45001 or ISO 14001 standards is a plus
• Software Process engineering and Software Quality Assurance experience is a plus
