Qualification : PhD or equivalent degree or having 3 years’ research experience after postgraduation in Professional courses or post-graduation in basic sciences with NET qualification with at least one research paper in SCI journal

Desirable : Hands- on experiences on Y2H system, genomic library preparation as supported by publications

Emolument : Rs 36000 + HRA 30%

Project Title : Unraveling the bacterial blight pathogenesis based on novel rice RNAbased markers expressed during infection of Xanthmonas oryzae pv.

oryzae in presence or absence of functional T3SS

Qualification : Post graduate degree in Basic sciences (3+2) including Biotechnology/Life sciences/Bioscience/Plant Sciences with NET qualification or Post graduate degree in Professional courses (4+2) including Agricultural Sciences/ Biotechnology/ Bio Science/Life sciences

Desirable : Hands- on experiences on transcriptase data analysis, bioinformatics as supported by publications

Emolument : Rs 25000 for two years and Rs.

28000 in the third year + HRA 30%
