Grk Infra RealtyJob Descriptive: ' Prospecting with suspect leads A suspect is a person who has still not decided on purchasing ' converting a suspect to a prospect This involves the following: ' Establishing contact with the prospect, could involve several calls and may need a call at a time beyond office hours ' This will also involve making calls at different times in order to achieve success ' Need analysis ' Setting up an appointment ' Follow up with the prospect post every meeting with the sales office until the conclusion ' Basis feedback from the prospect, seek interventions from the senior sales resource or by your own-self in satisfying customer needs with the objective of converting the prospect to a customer.

' Obtaining customer information and other pertinent information ' Inquiring with the customer and comprehending their specifications ' Making recordings of all sales phone calls ' Taking and processing leads professionally ' Maintaining the customer database on a regular basis.

Requirements: ' Any bachelor's degree is required ' Experience working as a Tele caller, Telemarketer, or in a similar role in the Sales Department ' Excellent interpersonal skills ' Outstanding oral and written communication skills ' Capability to work in a team or individually as needed.

' Excellent time management skills ' Excellent decision-making abilities ' Tolerance for stress and pressure Obtaining customer information and other pertinent information ' Basic MS Excel and MS Word knowledge is an advantage.
