Description for Internal Candidates Business Description811 Digital Sales ROvertical is specializes in acquiring/sourcing/expanding/upgrading and developing High net worth customer relationship for retail through individual efforts We also cross sell bank products to existing customer mapped to us and inform customers of new products or product enhancements to further expand the banking relationshipWe ensure high level of customer service to our 811 customers with assistance of Product operation group (POG)Job Role:Engaging with customers to enrich the relationshipsand garner higher wallet share of the customersIncrease the 811 book and Investment AUM portfolio by means ofAcquiring, Enhancing, Deepening and RetentionDeveloping and maintaining banking relationships with a select group of high net worth customers through individualized customer servicePlan and organize lead generation activity, sales initiatives & events for prospective and existing clients.
Cross - selling Balance Builder products : Demat,Trading,Credit Cards/FD/RD Build a Loan Porftolio : Personal,Auto,Two-wheeler,Gold,Home, LAP,LAS and more Third Party Products : Insurance such as General and Life,etc, Mutual Funds Other banking products as per customer's needPrioritizing 360 customer engagementEnsure that the quality of services is maintained as per the standards set and customers escalations are at bayTracks customer complaints/queries and turnaround times for customer satisfaction thus improving the NPSEnsure that the defined parameters for opening of a new account are met as per the process and complianceJob Requirements:MBA/GraduateAMFI & IRDA Certification an added advantage for customer orientationExcellent Interpersonal skills - Written and oralGood interpersonal and sales skills with strong people and time management
