' our mission being to raise the bar in agile maturity across the organisation As an RTE, or an experienced agilist with a proven track record both at agile team level and at scale, you will thrive on your passion for continuous improvement by:
- Revitalizing basic lean-agile principles and values
- Solving real customer problems
- Reversing anti-patterns
- Training, mentoring, supporting, facilitating and coaching TDE colleagues to grow and develop a lean-agile mindset in their teams
You will typically work on small assignments, leading change/s to problem solve in specific teams based on priority and business needs A self-starter with a truly lean-agile mindset, you will first need to identify the problem to be solved, challenging those engaging with you, in order to understand root cause

- You will enable teams to build a Continuous Improvement culture, and to take a step nearer to self-sufficiency
- You will also have a passion for strategic change, driving and co-creating change within TDE, supporting our strategic horizontals where needed
- You will have a wide range of agile experience across different frameworks, patterns, teams and structures
- You challenge the status quo gracefully while influencing and working with others to bring everyone along for the change
- Your success will be driven by outcomes, by demonstrating that the teams you work with make a step forward on their agility journey
Education and Expertise that you are likely to have
- Bachelor's Degree in computer science, computer engineering, or other technical discipline, or equivalent work experience required advanced degree preferred
- Multiple years of agile experience, at team level and at scale
- Relevant RTE/Program/Portfolio Management experience (or equivalent)
- Relevant Agile Champion and/or Agile Coaching experience
- Experience in effecting transformational change
- Comfortable interacting and working with leaders at different levels in business, product and engineering domains
- You will have a natural ability to connect with people and work with virtual team members
