1Ensure QMS conforms to ISO 9001:2015 through internal and certification body audits 2To Arrange surveillance audits in coordination with the certification body as per audit plan 3Ensure integrity of QMS maintained when changes in QMS planned & implemented 4.

Updating the Manual, SOPs, WI and other documents related to QMS 5Prepare QMS Annual audit plan & MRM Plan 6Conducting QMS internal audits as per the annual plan 7.

Coordinate and arrange Management review meetings 8Maintain Audit records 9Ensure control of documents within QMS.

10Maintenance and updating of all formats and project related documentation 11Keeping records of calibration of all instruments used in factory and their test certificates 12.

Ensuring maintenance of documents of ISO 45001 and 14001 13Coordinate with a certification body and consultants for audits 14Organise and maintain documents of mock drills, first aid kit usage, accidents etc 15Maintain documents of waste disposal 16Requires good spoken and written English 17.

Imparting regular training on QMS and OHSAS to employees 18Maintain & verify the risk assessment record of related parties & co-ordinate to management 19Prepare & maintain the quality objectives record & report to management 20Maintain Company Level Data on trends in Quality, Operational Performance, Customer Satisfaction data, and current status.

Proficient in MS Excel, Word Should be able to use Outlook, SharePoint and OneDrive
