The position provides support to the firm's market and business intelligence to the extended global team The individual will primarily be responsible for the coordination and completion of research tasks, data collection and analytical assignment with high quality within the required deadlines for a variety of regional offices around the globe.
Create and maintain a positive work environment to propel the team performance to achieve yearly goals Work on Research projects (company profile, industry profile, opportunity alerts, list generation, newsletters, ad-hoc projects etc) Synthe and analyze information coherently and succinctly.
Able to bring together a variety of perspectives and sources across the domain to deliver compelling analysis that supports business priorities Understand and analyze and interpret company information, such as, goals, financials, strategy, and SWOT etc Understands client/ business requirements, interpret relevant information, and accordingly deliver the projects .
Demonstrate understanding of research techniques, within Secondary research Work/collaborate effectively with team membersSkills & Knowledge Requirements: Understand and analyze and interpret company information, such as, goals, financials, strategy, and SWOT etc Present information and findings in his/her own words (company and industry profiles, ad-hoc projects etc.
) Coordinating with Line/ Work Stream Managers in managing stakeholder expectations and pipeline, during the absence of Line Manager or senior most member of the team Actively contribute and participate in the wider ACPL initiatives and cross team collaboration Develop stronger working relationship with stakeholders.
Good written and verbal communication skills Ability to assume responsibilities for data quality, accuracy, timeliness and completeness Demonstrate interest & ability to implement innovation/ process improvement initiatives as suggested by Line managers, in consultation with clients/ stakeholdersMandatory Skills (Behavioral) Demonstrate understanding of research techniques, within Secondary research.
