Retention Marketer: JD: We are looking for a Retention Marketer to handle various retention marketing campaigns and automations through various channels like Email, SMS, WhatsApp Responsibilities Develop and manage marketing campaigns aimed at improving customer retention across multiple channels (email, direct mail, on-site messaging) Partner with internal and external resources to develop and execute all retention marketing campaigns inclusive of In-App Messaging, Email, and other retention techniques Analyze marketing campaign performance including email metrics, conversion, and retention to understand effectiveness and ROI Design Customer lifecycle strategies to support the delivery of Consumer Base segment KPIs.
Identify market opportunities, trends and threats and propose appropriate actions that can then become targeted activities to engage and grow the base Qualifications At least 2 years experience in managing customer journeys, campaigns and automations (email marketing / WhatsApp marketing is preferred) Experience in marketing analytics tools (like WebEngange / MoEngage / OmniSend / Contlo / Klaviyo etc) Understanding of business metrics such as CPA, CTR, conversion rates etc An analytical mind with an interest and ability to collate, analyse and present campaigns / automations data to drive clear business insights and make decisions to meet retention KPIs.
Able to effectively communicate and manage relationships with external vendors and partners An experience in E-commerce background is must An experience in Email Marketing for a D2C brand is preferred Proficient in using Google Sheets / Excel Location: On-site (Hyderabad, Telangana) CTC: upto 10LPA
