This role predominately focuses on third party risk and data analytics however, you will be required to help support other global and regional risk initiatives as needed Consequently, candidates must have strong all-round knowledge of Enterprise Risk Management For the right candidate, this newly created role offers an exciting opportunity to help support Group Risk Management's current and future strategic objectives This is a matrix-reporting role, directly reporting to the Asia Head of Group Risk Management Your Role:

• Champion new GRM global risk analytics and reporting process ensuring information is connected and outputs delivered consistently to stakeholders
• Provide independent risk advice to business stakeholders on 3rd party relationships
• Assess, monitor and track 3rd party risk management lifecycle activities
• Help further incorporate the Group's enterprise risk management framework to holistically assess current and emerging risks and provide recommendations on business decisions
• Support the development and incorporation of the 'Risk Toolkit'
• Foster and promote a mature risk culture
• Be the 'trusted advisor' to the business on risk matters
• Tactical execution of other risk functions and related activities

The employee may perform other related duties to meet the ongoing needs of the organisationAbout You:

• Seasoned risk professional with 5 to 8 years of experience gained in banking, fund services or asset management
• Strong risk management knowledge, preferably in 2nd line of defense roles
• Knowledge of 3rd part risk management and related systems
• In depth experience of data analytics, tools and reporting
• Excellent analytical, problem solving skills with high degree of attention to detail
• Experience of transformational change
• Strong business acumen
• Good client/ business relationship management
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc)
• Bachelor or Masters Degree
