, will have a start and end date Please discuss the detail of the working pattern options for the role with the hiring managerIntroduction:As a Technology Rigor Reporting Manager you will be responsible for leading the effort of identifying risk & control needs across the BUK Data, Customer Engagement, Ops and Insight to develop self-service reports and dashboards that will assist and provide insight to tech teams on a daily basis You and your team members will be developing reports and dashboards to provide visibility into existing and emerging risk and controls streams, such as Tech Debt, Cyber issues/vulnerabilities, and compliance with standards The Technology Rigor Reporting Manager will be accountable for ensuring accuracy and correctness of the data so that the tech teams can rely on it, as well as interpretation of insights as a key member of the Risk and Control team.
What will you be doingThe role will include but not be limited to: Leading one or more Risk and control Analysts Identify data sources of risk & control data Consolidate risk & control data for platforms Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insight into risk & control data for Data Platforms Ad-hoc reporting of risk & control items .
Liaise with Estate Management function to seek updates and progress against the risk and controls Item Respond and investigate concerns Assist in opportunity analysis and improvements of risk & control management Prepare and publish status report on progress highlight key RAIDsWhat we're looking for:Personal attributes essential to performing role including competencies, expertise, knowledge, and experience.
Skills that will help you in the roleExperience in a Tech Risk and Controls function with managing and reporting Tech Issues, Tech Debt, Cyber vulnerabilities, and Audit findings Experience using ServiceFirst / ServiceNow Expertise on creating excel dashboards, management presentation slides .
Experience and exposure to Infrastructure, Tech Debt, Tech resilience and Cyber Vulnerabilities Knowledge of Barclays Standards, Processes and Policies and a competent grasp of adherence to the aforementioned Understanding of the Barclays control framework and the related tools/processes - eg ORAC Stakeholder networks and experience in navigating approvals, triage sessions and senior management forums, when handling Risks and Issues Highly organised and a track record of delivering against commitments .
