Be part of a DEVOPS team, responsible for Development and Operations of RPA bots (BluePrism and UIPath) Build quality assessments, review and improve codes of existing processes Identify repetitive incidents, code optimization or improvement opportunities, potential issues and defects, and drive them to closure Support existing RPA processes and implement change requirements and code fixes Support platform migration and Maintenance activities Driving the adoption of best practices around coding, design, quality and performance Collaborate with multi-functional and virtual teams across IT, business operational functions, and vendors to review current project activities, prioritization of work, communicate status, and escalate automation-related issues Share knowledge with other team members and provide guidance to RPA support team Provide inputs to monthly portfolio reviews with the business Should have good communication skill
