Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent practical experience
• 18 years of technical experience in the silicon/chip design space
• Experience in delivering silicon from conception to production
• Experience in leading design teams to deliver leadership IPs with silicon

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• Experience in engineering across architecture, micro-architecture, design, implementation, and silicon.

• Lead a team of managers and engineers in the Bangalore ASIC IP design organization building innovative IPs that will help develop products.
  
  
• Participate, guide, and motivate the team for timely execution and industry-leading Power Performance Area (PPA) benchmarks for these IPs that will go into a wide range of SoCs
• Work with the Architecture team in building a charter and roadmap, including PPA that will help us develop IPs for our products
• Work with SoC Design and other cross-functional implementation teams to make sure the IP design is successfully implemented through the downstream domains all the way to tape-out
• Participate in SoC Design execution including technical reviews IP's integration and full-chip signoff flows
