Our Client a reputed out-of-Home advertising company with presence in multiple countries, needs - Post : Health & Safety Officer (Executive level) Department : Health & Safety Reporting : Assistant Manager Health & Safety Location : Bangalore Experience : Min 2 yrs in H&S (on field experience mandatory) Qualification : Graduate Any Field (including Workplace/WHS / EHS, Engineering / Science Post-Graduation/PGD/AD in HSE/Industrial Safety Certifications from IOSH/NEBOSH Salary : Upto 45 L/A plus variables and other perks Mandatory requirement Own Conveyance / Fair knowledge of Bangalore routes/locations We are looking for an enthusiast Health and Safety Officer for our Clients Airport project in Bengaluru Candidate should ensure all statutory obligations are adhered to and drive the continuous improvement of H&S throughout the project Candidate will will facilitate the ongoing development of H&S policies and practices to make sure all the team are adhering to these standards.

Key Deliverables: 1 Business Support Working closely with the Management to constantly assess and amend the health and safety strategy as per our group standards and to facilitate compliances with local laws, identifying opportunities for health and safety improvements and sharing best practice across the location Build relationships with key stakeholders within & outside the organisation including corporate and regional level Apply group H&S policy and monitor and review H&S trends within the company to identify areas of improvement Develop and improve H&S culture of assigned locations.

Engage with partners and other external stakeholders, acting as a key point of contact Ensure all H&S committees, training and coaching needs are fulfilled Ensure proper documentation as per the group & local requirement Communicating positive H&S performance effectively to both internal and external stakeholders 2.

Technical Able to identify foreseeable hazards and suggest for reasonably practicable control measures Conduct site audits and inspections in the different companies offices and warehouses Be proactively vigilant & looks for Unsafe Acts/Conditions for timely mitigation Able to impart inhouse safety trainings to office & operation employees Timely reporting of accident/incident to the H&S committee and conducting thorough investigation and submission of the report to the committee.

Provide support, guidance and advise on all H&S matters Capabilities 1 Communication and Interpersonal Skills Ability to liaise at all levels from Senior Management to Apprentices & clients A high standard of personal presentation Excellent communication skills (Both Oral & Written) in English.

Proficiency in local/regional language(s) will be an added advantage Commitment and confidence to deliver high levels of H&S performance at all levels 2 Proactive and Positive Approach Excellent organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously Ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines and goals in a dynamic environment.

A flexible approach as this role involves occasional travel around India from time to time Good time management skills Be a hardworking, confident and resourceful team player Be passionate about health and safety and seek for continual improvement Skills Experience with operation staff would be a distinct advantage Excellent knowledge of Computer and MS Office (excel, word, ppt etc) Must be aware about the important Workplace/Environment Health & Safety regulations of the Operating Country.
