The person will be required to work in rotational Night shift What you will do

• Main point of contact for customers and market companies for parts orders and enquiries
• Execute the end to end process for parts orders, quotations, return logistics and invoicing, including tasks in SAP and other internal systems
• Execute pro-active follow-up of remaining orders
• Execute external purchasing, follow-up with suppliers.
  
  
• Participate in defining and deploying Visual Management including the right metrics for Parts Administration
• Participate in driving Tetra Pak's Quality Management System (QMS)
• Engage in the share, learn and implementation of best practices
• Drive continuous improvement activities
• Conform with Tetra Pak global standards and processes, and legal requirements

We believe you have

• Excellent English communication skills, written and spoken.
  
  
• Previous customer support experience desired
• Strong problem solving and customer orientation skills, highly motivated, team player, analytic, with attention to detail and organized
• Service minded, result oriented and can easily and on a detailed level understand work instructions, work processes and administrative tools
• You can work independently and together with others towards set goals
• 3-5 Years of Relevant Industry Experience.
