Position SummaryArcesium seeks an experienced Sales Analytics Manager to join our Sales Operations team and take ownership of all sales data, forecasting, and reporting In this role you will provide meaningful insights to the sales team and organizational leadership based on industry best practices and methodologies that you will design related to data capture, storage, structure, and reportingResponsibilities- Compile, analyze, and report on sales data to all relevant stakeholders, including the firm's executive leadership team including actionable insights and recommendations to guide the sales approach and continue growing the business - Develop an in depth understanding of existing reporting and forecasting methodologies and implement additional ones, where required, based on industry best practices and modern philosophies - Manage sales forecasting and data analysis across multiple dimensions (eg products, solutions, upsell/new logo, client segment, etc.
) - Establish a process around CRM data input, ownership and maintenance to ensure data integrity and accuracy - Share sales data with the sales leadership and key stakeholders to maintain alignment on key performance indicators - Develop new methods and strategies for analyzing large amounts of data, of varying quality, to drive organizational decision making - Study past sales data to determine trends in productivity and to create performance reporting - Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and senior management to improve reporting processes and ensure consistency across all reporting originating from CRM and surrounding systems Qualifications- 5+ years in a Sales Operations (or similar/adjacent) role with extensive experience in Salesforce, preferably as an Administrator at a SaaS company Financial Technology company a plus - Experience defining and tracking the KPI's for sales organizations as well experience working with sales metrics and ratios, with a detailed understanding of how they relate to one another and to the broader organizational performance indicators - Experience at organizations with long sales cycles, complex products and high six to low seven figure ACV is a significant plus - Experience creating data-driven reporting and forecasts and presenting to senior leadership Clear and concise communicator with an ability to distill lots of information down to salient points and action items - Experience managing medium to long-term projects while also having day-to-day responsibilities to execute operational responsibilities The expected annual base salary for this position is $140,000 to $170,000.
