Position OverviewSales Executive will look after commercial strategies for achieving assigned sales targets for assignedsegments of the business dedicated to you Your key skills lie in understanding the customer needs, identifythe solutions, and provide consultation which fulfil their requirements in best possible manner You will befocused on building relationships with the principal's ground team, dealers, and key customers toensure that their needs are met and make sure customer delight is achievedRoles and Responsibilities: Responsible for all sales related to different segments of products like Motors, Transformers, Panels, Wiring Cables, Gearboxes, Compressors, etc Assist in managing suppliers and stakeholder relationships and dealer networking.
Carrying out the complete process from Inquiry generation from survey team, lead conversion to dealclosure and prepare a daily report on the enquiries, generated leads, and future sales pipeline Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, references, market research, tappinginto target audience, and convert them Strive for new markets development and new opportunities Work towards achieving weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets given in AOPs with a mixof value and quantity Reviewing the previous customer database, sales analysis, trends and provide intelligent report forfuture revenue generation.
Dealing with customer for Technical enquiries like power required as per usage, support material, etcby meeting customers or resolve issues over the phone or via email Oversee/Monitor Installation/Service support Coordination and visit if required Responsible for pricing, negotiations, discount offers, etc for products according to companyguidelines with the help of senior including payment terms to close the deal while keeping margins inmind at the same time.
Coordinate with accounts team for all billing and 100% payment processing Responsible for coordinating with Principal's team for stock refill and products customization asper customer needs regarding voltage, power, design, and solution orientation, etc Oversee complete trading business for Energy and power equipments Handling customer queries, complaints, service related issues/queries with the team (if needed) andprovide the best possible solutions in a timely manner Build effective relationships with key customers, Principal Dealer's network in order to comprehendpurchasing patterns.
Ensure appointment of new distributors, direct dealers, and retailers in the assigned territory as perthe business plan Maintains and strengthens customer relationships to generate future sales and repeat business andensuring customer satisfactionKey Competencies: 2-6 years of experience in sales and marketing in industrial, electrical, and mechanical products Bachelor's/Master's in Mechanical engineering or Diploma in mechanical engineering Understanding with technical and commercials aspects are important.
