Parul University is looking for people who are comfortable selling over phone, chats and emails -can pitch and convert leads into admissions As an Admissions Counselor you will be responsible for communicating with prospective learners, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, able to engage and build long term relationships with prospects, qualifying prospects and closing sales Roles & Responsibilities: Providing in-depth information to prospective learners, this includes counselling through phone, email, chat and social media Details pertaining to lead discussions & conversion should be updated real-time on CRM software.
Meet and overachieve the given weekly, monthly and quarterly target in terms of revenue as well as number of enrollments Be a self starter and pro-active; identify and act on opportunities for improvement Remain knowledgeable about all organizations products and services to facilitate sales efforts Required Candidate Profile:(Skills Required) Excellent written and spoken communication skills (English proficiency) Strong sales bent of mind, in order to understand and effectively communicate what Parul University is offering to its prospective students and close applications.
Approachable and vibrant personality Ability to approach any situation with patience and very strong empathy Passion to deliver the highest levels of customer service at all times Must be a team player with the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet targets/deadlines Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
