Job Title - Area Business Manager - South region - Engineering & CIP Segment StructuresDivision Trimble SolutionsJob Location: Chennai or HyderabadExperience Required: Minimum 10 years work experience in Engineering (CAD) software salesJob SummarySales Manager will be responsible to accomplish organizational goals by achieving business target forthe specific business vertical of the organization He will be responsible to generate business revenuethrough aggressive sales & negotiation skill Working alongside with Technical applicationdepartment, will initiate commercial activity, evolving new business sales in existing customers andnew prospectsDimensions and Principal Accountability:.

Responsible for the Sales growth of Trimble Building Solutions in the assigned zone Ensure achievement of quarterly and annual sales targets Self-initiative in finding new companies and generate sales leads for new business generation.

Responsible for Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Annual sales forecasting Formulating business strategies and make focused initiatives.

Implementation of Sales strategies set by corporate management Assist customers with their enquiries, orders details and chasing pending payments Deliver promotional activities like road-shows/seminars.

Travel regularly to promote products and services Working with division manager & prepare a market analysis report on assigned territory Acquire new customers and maintain business relationship with corporate customers.

Co-ordination with other functional team like Marketing & Technical services to achieve thestrategic objectives Prepare & involve in segment budgeting & work closely with segment business head.

Regular update of sales forecast and daily activities in CRM Communicate with the line manager about all lead/sales status periodically Weekly reporting of sales activities and sales forecastDesired Skills and Experience: Education Qualification: Graduation in Civil or Mechanical Engineering degree.

MBA will bean added advantage Proven track record of selling BIM or 3D CAD Modelling software solutions Experience with software sales from companies like Aveava, Intergraph, Bentley, DassaultSystems etc.

will be preferable Presentation skills to CXO level Experience on selling CAD software solutions to contractors and developers Experience on selling CAD software to EPC companies , Private and MNC is desirable Knowledge of AEC and EPC project workflow and process is desirable.

Knowledge of Structural Engineering & BIM software application is desirable Strong presentable personality with good command in verbal and written English Proactive for domestic and international travel as per business need.

Knowledge of CRM based work execution system Flexible work attitude, passionate, hardworking with strong aggression to achieve more
