Position OverviewIn carrying out responsibilities, you will lead all market development activities to drive the expansion of thebusiness of assigned products and heading the P&L for specific business vertical You will be responsible fordealer networking management, create awareness amongst target audience, evaluating new market centresand focused on network development/association for the expansion of new business Your key skills lie inunderstanding the customer needs, identify the solutions, and provide consultation which fulfil theirrequirements under SITC You will be focused on building relationships with the principal's, dealersand key customers to ensure that their needs are met and make sure that customer delight is achievedRoles and Responsibilities:' Responsible for all sales related to Transformers, HT Panels, RRM Motors, DC Motors, Wiring, Cables primarily andensure to deal with customer when/if they need any other type of Motors available and close theloop.
' Oversee comprehensive trading business for energy division in the organization' Carrying out the complete process from Enquiry generation from survey team, lead conversion to dealclosure and prepare a daily report on the enquiries, generated leads, and future sales pipeline' Keep record of all the enquiries from regional teams, references, and strive for more prospects fromanother business vertical of power and energy' Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, references, market research, tappinginto target audience, and convert them' Work towards achieving weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets given in AOPs with a mixof value and quantity.
' Uphold a complete knowledge of market trends, consumer demands and implement it while selling aproduct of specific power, voltage and a solution orientation' Solely responsible for pricing, negotiations, discount offers, etc for products according to companyguidelines, including payment terms to close the deal while keeping strategic margins in mind at thesame time' Coordinate with accounts team for all billing and 100% payments processing and coordinate withcustomer for ABG, CBG, and LC to ensure no fraudulent' Responsible for coordinating with Principal's team for stock replenishment and productscustomization as per customer needs regarding voltage, design, requirements, etc.
' Ensure/ Monitor required stock in a warehouse/godowns to avoid any delays while dispatchingproducts and conduct dispatch process under your supervision' Monitor/Set targets for dealers and retail sales and work upon prospects/enquiries accordingly' Achieve sales goals within the assigned area and market segment by creating strong prospects to fulfiltargets and provide quotations to them' Incumbent will be responsible for discreet data analysis and generation of sales report to submit onweekly and monthly basis to management' Create and implement account plans for top/key prospects, key customers, Dealers and conducts inperson meetings to understand their needs and provide solutions by explaining and demonstratesproducts, and other supports to close the deal.
' Ensure appointment of new distributors, direct dealers, and retailers in the assigned territory as perthe business plan' Handling customer queries, complaints, after sales support, service related issues/queries andforward it to respective teams to provide the best possible solution in a timely manner' Maintains and strengthens customer relationships to generate future sales and repeat business andensuring customer satisfaction' Build effective relationships with key customers, Dealers, Principal's, in order to comprehendpurchasing patternsKey Competencies:' Experience of 5-12 years in the challenging role of sales in Transformers and Panels ORautomotive/industrial/ power/energy/electrical products with business expansion techniques andstrong hand holding over dealer and network development.
' Bachelor's/Master's in Mechanical engineering or Diploma in mechanical engineering' Understanding with technical and commercials aspects is important' Indulge in data analysis, anticipate future needs, and keep themselves updated with new marketsdevelopments' We are looking for someone who is a multi-tasker and go-getter with high energy and enthusiasmwho can juggle managing their tasks as per deadlines' Must have strong communication, time-management, organizational and networking skills.
