Team Lead B2c Sales Monster is looking for team leaders for their B2C (career Services vertical) Inside Sales Team leaders will Be responsible for managing the team of B2C sales for the career services to drive greater value for the business He/she would manage and drive a team of 7-10 reps Consistently build, track and handle a pipeline of opportunities in CRM, provide accurate forecasts, delight customers by exceeding inbound sales service levels Drive individual targets as well as the team's target Prospecting by making outbound calls via various lead channels to nurture relationships and generate qualified sales leads.

Collaborate and provide support to cross-functional teams to achieve company objectives Audit calls and provide necessary training to the team on product and customer handling Responsible for achieving daily, weekly and monthly targets Define, track and improve key metrics Collate and analyse key daily/weekly/monthly data Desired Candidate traits: 3-5 years of experience in the inside sales domain, concept sales Experience in managing a sales / Tele-calling team B2C sales experience is mandatory Strong analytical abilities & good interpersonal skills Familiarity with telemarketing software systems/ dialers
