• Achievement of volume objectives along with achievement of key product objectives for both primary and secondary numbers from the territory of Maharashtra
• Successful launch of new products by right execution and implementation in the area
• Ensuring periodic validation and maintenance of customer/account data
• Maintain Core costumer relationship to ensure continuation of business.
  
  
• Ensure effective adequate territorial coverage as per divisional standards of costumers
• Ensuring implementation of promotional strategies & utilization of inputs while keeping Medtronic policies in mind
• Ensure effective distribution byproper dealer manage ment, operations, strategies & inputs Also ensure that channel compliance towards Medtronic policies are completely adhered

Must Have - Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor in / Engineering / Science
• Minimum 1-4 yrs sales experience in Concept Selling/ Medical Devices Selling is Mandatory

• Experience of Distribution Management
• Willing to travel extensively

• Strong Interpersonal skills, with focused People/Customer/Result orientation
• Strong grasp on the market a and understanding around the complexities, competition, customer preferences etc
• Ability to prioritize and execute as per the needs of the business and the current set of challenges
• Strong analytical skills (to understand local markets and customer needs) in order to develop region specific plans, strategies and tactics.
  
  
• Ability to quickly revector and improvise the business model if the current model is not yielding desired results
• Government Business Accumen for GEM/Central and State Govt/ Army Institutes
