Duties/ Roles & Responsibilities Conducting market research, surveys, and analyses to increase market share; generating MIS Reports and Daily Billing Reports Ensuring effective and accurate completion of inquiries in a timely manner, resolving customer complaints, and providing after-sales service to ensure efficiency; monitoring payment follow-up with the sales associates/distributors for the PI issued Driving organizational sales by formulating the business plan encompassing sales, revenue, and expense control; ensuring on-time delivery of products Analyzing the latest marketing trends through the compilation of primary and secondary sales data of all regions, tracking competitors' activities & providing valuable inputs for fine-tuning sales strategies Managing the catalogues and market material inventory; compiling and circulating credit and debit notes to dealers & associates
