- 4+ years of Salesforce Development Experience - 2+ Project exeperience concentrated in Salesforce Service Cloud in Technical Role - Expertise in Salesforce Customization Developent Using ForceCom: Apex class, Trigger, VF page, lightning, Integrations - Good exposure on SFDC OOB tools like Sharing Rule, Approval Process, Flow, Sharing Settings, Email Alert, Record Type, Page Layout, Queues, Custom Object, Apex and Tab-Experience with Salesforce Administration concepts (Permissions, profiles, roles etc) - Strong experience in Case Management, Case Routing, Milestone & Entitlement Process, Live Agents, Campaigns-Service Cloud & Marketing Cloud consultant certification would be an add on - Good to have Omni chanell & Knowledge Article-Experience in integration with Salesforce platform using various Integration patterns-End to End API Implementation with Rest API and SOAP API
