Manage a team of 8-10 colleagues consisting of Sr Developers and Developers Contribute in sprint/release planning Deliver as per schedule & quality requirements .

Estimation of technical requirements to help plan deliveries Plan & Control own and Feature team's work stack Review architecture vision and E2E solutions Design/Customise/Code/Integrate to deliver requirements Engage with Org Designers/Architects to understand & decompose designs into subtask .

Support the Testing, Validation & User Adoption during the change lifecycle Conduct technical process reviews and work in partnership with the test and business consultants Ensure smooth transition of the build into production Perform peer reviews and code reviews of the feature team .

Contribute to Salesforce COE initiatives Produce quality assurance metrics - code reviews, checkmarx, sonarqube Ensure build related risks are highlighted and mitigated with the help of TDM Key Accountabilities Mentor a team of developers involving colleagues and partners Contribute to building the Salesforce Community within the firm .
